Small Animal Boarding

Put your mind at ease when you go on holiday. Leave your fur-babies with us. All animals will be boarded in a suitable cage, in a heat controlled environment. We also play soothing classical music into our boarding facility to help your pet relax. Everything that your pet needs is on site already, providing an easy drop off solution. However if you do want to bring one of your pets favourite toys to help them settle in please do so.

Boarding facility

5 foot hutch/ guinea pig cage (suitable for guinea pigs only) £6pn

6 foot hutch (normally used by guinea pigs) - £8pn

Standard Pen (apprx 14sq feet) (rabbits and guinea pigs) - £10pn

Luxury pen (double story with linked outdoor run - rabbits only) - £14pn

Other small furries (hamsters, rats, gerbils etc. using your own cage) - from £5per night

Prices include usual supply of food, fruit and vegetables and hay. Please provide food if you pet has special dietary needs.

An extra charge may be made for the heated facility in winter.

Terms and Conditions

Deposit Payments

A £10 deposit will be required to secure your booking. The remainder of the balance is then to be paid on arrival of your pets. Your deposit will be transferable but not refundable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your pets stay with us your deposit is non refundable.

Dropping off and Collecting your Pet.

Dates and times of drop off and collection will be agreed when making your reservation. If the date or time does change please contact us within 7 days. Any additional nights stay will be charged at the full rate. Please inform us as soon as possible if you think you may be late, we will always try to accommodate the change as best we can, but may need to make alternative arrangements with you depending on other bookings and commitments.

Dry Food/ Pellets

Please advise what type of food your pet is used to so that we can make sure we have enough for the duration of your pets stay.

Please provide food if you pet has special dietary needs.

We will also provide unlimited amounts of fresh hay and water. As well as fresh fruit and vegetables on a daily basis.

Vaccinations

We DO NOT accept rabbits for boarding unless they are fully vaccinated. Please provide proof of vaccinations against Myxomatosis and VHD when dropping off your rabbit(s).

Illness and Emergencies

All animals boarded with us should be in good health at time of arrival, and any pre-existing conditions discussed with us, (if your pet shows any signs of illness we reserve the right not to board your pet).

Any vets fees incurred whilst your animal is boarding with us will be the owners responsibility and should be paid at the time of collection.

If your pet does become ill during their stay we will make all effort to contact you, and your pet will receive immediate medical attention form our local vet.

Liability

All pets left with us are left entirley at your own risk. We accept no liability if your pet becomes ill or death occurs whilst your pet stays with us. We accept no liability for injury sustained by you whilst on our premises.
